The following images of work spaces featured in Lonny Magazine are quite inspiring. I don't often give much thought to this area of the house, but as you will see below, the sky is the limit...
Back from vacation and I'm already pining away for another one! How can I resist after looking at American-in-Paris blogger Haleigh Walsworth's treasure of a blog Making Magique? As the name suggests, she is truly remarkable at finding the magic in the everyday. For today's Travel Tuesday, I'm posting a selection of her snapshots from her various jaunts to Provence. Between the sky-blue shutters, to die-for pastries, and poolside necessities of shades and a tasty drink, she sure knows how to vacation! Enjoy... (and I recommend taking at her other photographs -- trust me she'll have you dreaming of Paris.)
After a relaxing two weeks, it's great to be back and blogging! To start off the week, I thought I'd share this unbelievably charming diner I'm dying to visit in Fremont, CA. Located on highway 121 on the way to Napa, CA, the diner is chockfull of American classics like fried chicken and waffles, pulled pork sandwiches, and shrimp and grits. I can't decide what I love more: the old-fashioned touches of the decor or the drool-inducing menu. I guess I'll have to make a pit stop there this summer to find the answer!
